Dick Sullivan first entered the real estate industry in 1972 as Rockhampton Manager of Peter Kurts Pty Ltd. Dick Sullivan Real Estate was then established in Rockhampton in 1978 and in 1988 the business was moved to Gracemere to cater for the growing demand in this district. Then in 1997 Dick & Lyn Sullivan purchased the freehold premises at 20 Lawrie Street Gracemere where the business still operates from.
